Visitor Centre:
The client’s aspirations for a visitor centre size and function didn’t match the budget that they had available. It was not worth building the visitor centre if it had to be down sized because it would then limit future expansion and business development.
We worked with the client to identify priorities, simplify the design were possible and omit areas of fit-out that could be completed later out of revenue budget.
A revised project brief was developed and approved by the client. We then managed the completion of the project within the revised project parameters
