Restaurant :
A privately funded entrepreneur that wanted to open their own restaurant. We worked with the client on various feasibility proposals including a new build restaurant and conversion of a now empty restaurant/bar.
Different ideas were costed, programmed and risks analysed. The client used the information provided to make their decision to lease a building and fit it out to their requirements.
